A Healthy Meal

McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Carl's Jr., New York New York ... and the list goes on. These are just some of the many fast food restaurants, selling everyone's favorite food -- hamburgers!
We know we love burgers, and we know they're unhealthy. But we keep eating them because they're just so delicious! So instead of splurging on those greasy, unhealthy hamburgers, why not try something healthier which tastes just as good? If you're up for it, here's the recipe to a tofu burger! (Even children love it!)

Tofu may sound unappetizing to you, but it's definitely tasty in a burger. A tofu burger has a patty made of tofu instead of beef . It is also homemade, so it's a lot healthier.

Ingredients:
1/2 block of firm tofu
1 tbs soy sauce
2 cups oat
2 tbs olive oil
1 whole wheat bun
1/2 onion, sliced
1 pack alfafa sprouts
1/2 tomato, sliced
Low-fat cheese slices

Steps:
1. Cube the tofu. Put the cubes into a bowl and mash them well.
2. Add the soy sauce and oats, and mix well.
3. Mold this mixture into the shape of a patty. Fry in oil until golden brown.
4. Prepare the wheat buns with onions, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices.
5. Serve the patty on wheat buns with your preferred toppings, along with French fries. Enjoy!
