Reflections

What have you learnt about your eating habits?
I learnt that my eating habits are not very healthy. I have eaten very unhealthy foods which contain a lot of sodium.

Do you consider your diet a healthy one?
My diet is not healthy. It contains too much fat, saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol and too little calcium.

Are the suggested nutritional tools useful?
Yes, they are. By using the tools, I have realized that I don't actually know much about what I put into my mouth. The tools let me know that I have a very unhealthy diet, what the ideal amount of calories I should consume is, and I now know more about myself.

She made a great suggestion! Ratatouille is very healthy and tasty at the same time. I will definitely try this dish. Over the course of the three days, she has eaten too much junk food. That's why her analysis said that her diet was unhealthy.

The food she ate contained more fat because most of them were processed. I love her healthy food idea! It's fruit salad, and that's really healthy. Good to keep down the sodium and fats.

Healthy Meal

The last segment is to modify a one-dish meal, making it healthier. My choice for this task is a hamburger, something that children and teenagers love. Of course, I love it too!
